How we work For you, as customer, buying a motion system is not only a considerable investment but also a quest for security of transaction and Faith in product and service. For us as company, we want to offer exactly what you as customer expect. Therefore, there are a couple of steps we follow along the process to make sure, all of the above is achieved. The first round is consulting; we gather as much information as possible regarding your application. This will enable us to make the correct calculations, make the right choice of materials and make a correct quote. In the second round, we go over the quote in a meeting to have an exact picture of the situation for both parties. In the event of adaptations or modifications in planning, a second or third meeting will be held. Third step in the process is the construction of the system in our facility. Final step is the installation and setup of the system. All of these steps are standard an included in our prices. This whole process can be achieved in a short period, typically 3 to 5 weeks.   Guarantee and service  We have a special “mayday” service for our customers, so you can count on 24/24 immediate assist in case of a problem.
