Motionforsimulators was born out of a team of simulator enthusiasts and engineers, looking for the perfect motion system and software for intermediate to professional use.

We had a set of points that leaded to the choices of hardware we use.

- We absolutely wanted to use servo technology, servo motors. These motors are made for the kind of work, are silent and do not need extra cooling, holding brakes and have a remarkable torque.
- An integrated hardware system, no external sensors, external encoders. These are the first things to break.
- No extra motion controller, our system is straight forward, our software communicates with the motor drives, the lesser components in the chain, the more accurate the communication, the faster the response time.Unlimited payload and dimensions for custom applications.
-Software specially written for type specific simulation, using the latest motion cueing technologies.Silent operation, ultra high reliability and designed to run 24/24 in a failsafe mode.

We teamed up with a group of engineers, in a non profit organisation to achieve all of the above goals. During a year of investigating, testing, consulting and improving, we have the system as we want it.

Meanwhile, our group of customers is growing, among them as well private users and commercial simulators.

We keep on going deeper and further, looking for newer even more accurate ways of motion cueing to get the most out of a platform no matter how many degrees of freedom.
